Highlights and lightening
Highlights and balayage
Lightness placed where your hair catches the light, and grown out without a hard line.
Balayage is painted by hand, section by section; foil highlights are woven for a more defined result. Either way, your colorist plans the placement with you at the consultation and finishes with a toner to set the tone. Results vary with your hair and your color history.

Questions about this service
How often will I come back?
Balayage is planned to grow out softly, so many clients return for a toner and a refresh between full visits. Your colorist suggests a rhythm in your plan.
Is balayage or foil better for me?
It depends on the look you want. Balayage is softer and more lived-in; foils are brighter and more defined. We decide together at the consultation.
Can I go much lighter in one visit?
It depends on your hair and its history. If the plan needs more than one visit, we tell you before we start.
